Oils for Common Health Concerns

Occasional physical discomfort – soothing blend, marjoram, lavender

Bites & Stings – basil, lavender, peppermint

Body odor – cleansing blend, melaleuca, calming blend, blend for women

Occasional ear discomfort – melaleuca, cleansing blend or basil on a cotton ball placed in the ear

Focus – focus blend, vetiver, peppermint, calming blend, lemon

Occasional digestive discomfort – digestive blend, peppermint, ginger

Normal heart rhythm – wild orange

Joint discomfort – soothing blend, wintergreen

Lift you mood – wild orange, joyful blend, invigorating blend

Restful sleep – calming blend, vetiver, clary sage, lavender

Seasonal discomfort – 1-2 drops of lavender, lemon & peppermint in a very small glass of water, 1-3 times a day

Occasional sinus issues – 1-3 drops of oregano, melaleuca and peppermint in a cup of steaming water; inhale (use caution – this is strong)

Stress – grounding blend, lavender, calming blend
